By using orvynliving.com (the "Site") or any of the games it hosts, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
1. The Site
Orvyn Living provides browser-based games at no cost to the player. Games are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do our best to keep them working but make no guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer or extract our games for redistribution.
- Embed our games on other sites without prior written permission.
- Probe, scan, or attempt to disrupt the Site's infrastructure.
- Use the Site for unlawful purposes.
3. Intellectual property
All games, code, art, text, and audio on the Site are © Orvyn Living unless otherwise noted, and are protected by copyright. You may play and share links freely. You may not copy, modify, or republish the Site's content without written permission.
4. User content
The Site does not currently accept user-submitted content. If you email us suggestions, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use those suggestions in future work without obligation. We will not publish your name without permission.
5. Advertising
The Site is supported by advertising delivered by Google AdSense and the Google H5 Games Ads program. Ads appear at natural break points only — never during gameplay. Some rewarded ads are entirely optional and clearly labelled. See Privacy and Cookies for details on how ad cookies work.
6. Disclaimer
The Site and its games are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orvyn Living disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orvyn Living shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our principal place of business. Any dispute arising from your use of the Site will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
